Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the JRcmo Brain at getcmobrain.ai, including the demo chat on this website and the JRcmo Brain connector for ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools. The JRcmo Brain is provided by Joshua Ramsey, Fractional CMO (JRCMO), Dallas, Texas.
Summary for the ChatGPT and Claude app
- Personal data collected by the app: none. No name, email, account, location or payment information.
- What the app receives: only the text your AI assistant sends to look up a law, such as a short description of a marketing problem or a law number.
- Storage and retention: the app doesn't store or log these requests. They're used to return the matching laws and then discarded.
- Sharing: nothing is shared with or sold to third parties, and nothing is used for advertising, tracking or profiling.
- Hosting logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (time, IP address, request size) for security only, under its own retention policy. We don't use these to identify or track you.
- Deletion and questions: call 214.466.8332 or contact us through jrcmo.com.
The JRcmo Brain connector (ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools)
The connector at getcmobrain.ai/mcp gives your AI assistant access to Joshua Ramsey's 20 marketing laws.
- No account or login. You don't sign up, and the connector never asks for your name, email or any credentials.
- What it receives: only what your AI assistant sends it to look up a law, such as a short description of your marketing problem or a law number.
- What it does with it: it matches the request to the relevant laws and sends them back. It doesn't store your request, build a profile, use cookies, or share anything with third parties.
- It is read-only. It can't see your other conversations, files or accounts, and it can't take any action on your behalf.
- Hosting logs: our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard technical request logs (such as time, IP address and request size) for security and reliability, under Vercel's privacy policy.
Your conversation itself stays with your AI provider (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) under that provider's own privacy terms.
The demo chat on this website
This section applies only to the demo chat on getcmobrain.ai, not to the ChatGPT or Claude app. The demo lets you ask the JRcmo Brain two free questions.
- Email address: you enter your email to use the demo. With your first question, your email and that question are sent to JRCMO's customer system so Joshua Ramsey's team can follow up with you about the JRcmo Brain. You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your information at any time.
- Your questions: to generate an answer, your question (and your previous demo question and answer, if any) is sent to Anthropic, which provides the AI model. Anthropic processes it under its privacy policy and commercial terms.
- Usage limits: to keep the demo to two questions, we store a small signed counter in a cookie named
brain_demoin your browser, and keep a temporary count per connection based on a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. The cookie contains only the number of questions you've asked. - Retention: the per-connection count resets within about a day. The
brain_democookie lasts up to one year, and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's cookies. Your email and first question stay in JRCMO's customer system until you ask us to delete them.
Purchases
If you buy the Full Brain, payment is handled on a secure checkout page run by our payment processor. We don't see or store your card details. We receive the information needed to deliver your purchase, such as your name and email.
What we never do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't use the connector to collect personal information.
- We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The JRcmo Brain is built for business owners and marketers.
